The Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed<\/span>

Dear Our Lady of the Assumption Parish Family,<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
In today’s passage from John’s Gospel, Jesus reassures us about God’s unwavering love and faithfulness. He promises that all whom the Father draws to Him will be welcomed without exception. No one who comes to Jesus will ever be turned away. This beautiful invitation reminds us that our relationship with Christ is not based on our own merit, but on the Father’s gracious gift. Jesus emphasizes that He has come not to pursue His own agenda, but to fulfill perfectly the will of the One who sent Him.<\/div>\n

The heart of the Father’s will, Jesus reveals, is that those entrusted to Him will never be lost, but rather that He will raise each one to eternal life on the last day. This promise of resurrection and eternal life is given to everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him. These verses offer us great comfort and hope: our salvation rests securely in Christ’s faithful hands.\u00a0He who began this good work in us will bring it to completion.<\/em>\u00a0<\/div>\n
