      Job Title:<\/b><\/p>

      Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic School is currently seeking a part time librarian to manage and promote the literacy and the use of the library to students in grades JK through 8<\/span>th<\/span> grade.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      \u00a0<\/p>

      Job Requirements:<\/b><\/p>

      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in library studies, English or related field<\/span><\/li>
      • Teacher certification or ability and willingness to seek alternative license<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        \u00a0<\/p>

        Qualifications:<\/b>
        <\/span>Candidate should be able to demonstrate:<\/span><\/p>

        • Passion for, and understanding, of the literature and the role of a library.<\/span><\/li>
        • Ability to support elementary and middle school students in their spiritual and intellectual formation.<\/span><\/li>
        • Ability to publicly support and live out the values of the Gospel as taught by the Catholic Church.<\/span><\/li>
        • Ability to incorporate the Catholic Worldview into the library at the elementary and middle school level.<\/span><\/li>
        • Ability to manage and promote the school library and the use of the library\/media to promote learning\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • Ability to use educational technology in the classroom.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
