REGISTRATION<\/span>\u00a0OF RETURNING STUDENTS FOR THE UPCOMING SCHOOL YEAR<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Welcome back to returning families of Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic School, where children experience a safe, nurturing Christ-like environment centered around Faith, Academics and Community. To begin the registration<\/span>\u00a0process please read the following pertinent information.<\/p>\r\n

Registration<\/span>\u00a0is done on an annual basis.\u00a0 The window for returning students to\u00a0register<\/span>\u00a0for the upcoming school year will open on\u00a0Friday, 17, January 2025.<\/strong>\u00a0For all returning families including those with an incoming sibling,\u00a0registration<\/span> must be completed no later than Friday, 31 January 2025<\/strong>\u00a0to guarantee a slot for your child.<\/p>\r\n

There are two steps to the\u00a0registration<\/span>\u00a0process:<\/p>\r\n

Step #1: Complete the online agreements<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The agreements can be accessed by logging into FACTS. Once logged in, the parent can access the registration<\/span> forms by going to the Family Portal. From there, you will be taken directly to the portal landing page.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Step #2: Paying the\u00a0registration<\/span>\u00a0fee\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

We have streamlined the\u00a0registration<\/span>\u00a0process to make it more convenient for returning families.\u00a0 This process consists of the\u00a0registration<\/span>\u00a0fee being automatically charged to family\u2019s facts account. The\u00a0registration<\/span> fee will be deducted in two installments.\u00a0 The first of which will be on February 21, 2025<\/strong>, with the second and final installment on\u00a0March 21, 2025<\/strong>. The registration<\/span> fee is non-refundable. Parents must notify the school in writing no later than Friday, January 31, 2025,<\/strong> if they do not intend to return to avoid being charged or to arrange an alternate payment plan.<\/p>\r\n

REGISTRATION FOR INCOMING STUDENTS OF RETURNING FAMILIES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Current families with a new student who will attend\u00a0OLA<\/span> in 2025-2026 will have to apply for admission for the new students but will have an abridged process as the family is already part of the OLA<\/span> community. In such situations, the following steps will occur to enroll a child whose family is already part of the school community:<\/p>\r\n

Step #1: Application<\/strong><\/p>\r\n


Families interested in applying to the school will need to complete an application. The application is online and can be accessed through the family\u2019s current FACTS SIS system. After logging into FACTS, the parent can add a new student by going to the Family Portal and clicking on New Enrollment. From there, you will be taken directly to the portal landing page.\u00a0 There, you can complete the application to add a new student.\u00a0 \u00a0Families can complete the application utilizing their device.<\/p>\r\n
