Tuition

Tuition for the 2017-2018 school year is as follows:

$200 non refundable registration fee per student

1 student in the family = $5,500

2 students in the family = $10,450

3 students in the family = $15,125

4 students in the family = $19,525

 

A $100 (per student) discount is given for full payment by May 12th.

Monthly Payment Option-

For families seeking an alternative to payment in full, OLA offers the FACTS electronic payment plan. The tuition is to be paid over a 10-month period directly from your checking or savings account, typically beginning in July. The FACTS payment plan will be set up immediately after registration. This insures that places will not be reserved unnecessarily.

– Parish Subsidy

In addition to the above tuition, a $500 (per student) is due from each student’s home parish. If the family does not qualify to receive the parish subsidy, the family is responsible for payment of the additional $500 per student by May 12th. Please contact your home parish for information on qualifying for this subsidy.

 

*For ALL students: A copy of Immunization records and Baptism certificate must to be turned in when you pay tuition. New students are required to bring the last two years report cards (unofficial copies are fine) with registration packet. If your student received immunizations during the summer vacation time, you will need to bring in your current Immunization record. 

– School Supplies

School supply lists are created by the teachers and purchased in bulk by OLA.  Parents do not have to purchase school supplies for their students with the exception of a back pack and a lunchbox (optional).  The fee for this convenient service is $45.00 per student.  

– School Uniforms

Depending on your needs, school uniform costs vary from family to family. Students grow regularly and it is not unusual to have to purchase uniforms at least twice a year. Please click on Uniforms for more information and the price list.
